General questions

How do I order a dumpster?

It’s easy, just click on the tab “Book Now” and choose the size of dumpster that best fits your needs, pick a convenient delivery time and then provide the payment information. Your dumpster can be delivered as soon as the next day! You may also call us directly at 832-526-1507 if you would like assistance in choosing the correct size or if you need immediate delivery.

What items are PROHIBITED from being placed in dumpsters?

All toxic/hazardous waste such as paint, oil, batteries, chemicals, insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, propane tanks, asbestos, or chemicals. We also do not accept food waste, appliances with freon, gas or electric motors. Please contact a Western Elite representative if you have any questions or if you unsure about any specific items.

How long is your rental period?

The rental period is 15 days. If you need it for more than 15 days additional charges may apply. Please contact us 832-526-1507 for further information.

Is there a weight limit for your dumpsters?

Yes! The weight of the waste materials placed in the dumpster may not exceed 8 tons or 16,000 lbs.

Can I fill my dumpster to the top?

Waste debris may be loaded to the top rail of the container (water level). Debris may NOT be loaded above the top or sides of the container. Overloaded and/or overflowing dumpsters pose serious safety concern.

Do I need to be at the location when the dumpster is delivered?

It is best if you are present when the container is delivered so we can put it in the correct place and answer any questions you may have. However, if you will not be home at time of delivery, please just describe where you want your dumpster placed in the “Delivery Instructions” section of the Book Now form and we will make sure it is dropped in the proper location.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMEX. Cash is accepted at time of delivery but you will need to call our office at 832-526-1507 to place your order.

Can I move my dumpster?

No. We will do our best to place your dumpster in a convenient spot per your request. Once we have placed the dumpster you cannot move it.

Where can you place my dumpster when it is delivered?

We can place the dumpster wherever you need it as long as the placement does not violate any city, county, or HOA ordinances. Just fill out the “Delivery Instructions” when placing your order. If you choose to have container placed on your driveway or personal property, please see the contract terms regarding the risks.

When will you pick up my dumpster?

We will pick-up your dumpster anytime within the 15 day rental period at your request. When the job’s done, please give us a call to schedule a convenient pick-up date. Once you call for a pick-up, we will be there within 4 hours of your call. If we don’t hear from you, we will call you a few days before the rental period ends to schedule pick-up.
